Loving the feeling.. tender..mild
Pains they hit me in the deep of night
Soon this new soul will see the light
Born to me.. my angelic little boy
A rattle beside me.. his very first toy
As I hold him .. tears of love I cry
His skin soft.. his smell a delight
Nothing ever in life.. this perfectly right
Twice this joy.. this feeling so sweet
Two boys in my world.. such a wondrous treat
I watch them grow up ..year by year
Rubbing each bruise.. drying each tear
Birthdays..holidays... loving each other
My oldest boy and his younger brother
All grown now and both on their own
Longing to be with them I call on the phone
Mama I'm busy my wife.. my baby ..and I
Memories of times gone by I cry and I cry
Do they have to grow up.. I ask you why

REIGNING MEN
Kings and Princes, Lords and Earls,
It’s always reigning men.
Few exceptions where women rule,
Though some of us have the yen.
What if we changed the trend around
Let women take the lead.
Maybe the definitive feminine touch
Is all we really need.
That’s not to say reigning men
Should not still do their part.
But instead of ruling with their fists,
Try thinking with their hearts.
A gentle reign would always be
Refreshing now and then
But there is not much chance of that,
If it’s always reigning men.
