Hey everyone, just wanted to say I hope your Saturday treated you well and gave you at least a few good moments to smile about. Whether you spent it relaxing, being productive, or just getting through the day, I hope it felt worthwhile in its own way.

As the night settles in, I’m wishing you a calm, restful sleep and a chance to recharge. Russian " Paskha " (like panettone)

( Typical Russian doll called "Matryoshka", made of painted wood, it opens and inside there is a smaller one, it continues opening until it reaches the last one and there is a tiny one. There are usually five. If the egg is larger, it may have more dolls.)

My grand mother was from St. Petersburg, Russian Empire, from 1712 to 1918 (being replaced by Moscow for a short period between 1728.  My mother was Russian, and I am half a russian and half italian where I have born in Roma.
