My Mother use to make that when we had the beef maybe a couple of times a Mother, and also my Grandmother. I still have the roast pan the blue one with the white dots on it that the roast and things were cooked it.  I would make this once in a while when Joyce was alive, but make things now that you can eat in one meal. I think tomorrow I am going to make a mealloaf. Put meatloaf season in it, oatmeal as it makes it stay together better, onions, a little chile powder. Cook mashed potatoes, green beans and have some rolls from the store. I have small bread pans that were my grandmothers that I will use for the meatloaf. I will make two and put one in the deep freeze for another time. At least once a day I get to go the Cafe. Either Stockman's or 99 Grill. We dfon't have any single people in our Assembly. What I should have said that are single and able to eat out. I don't like the twice a week lunch meals, everyone is in their 80's and I am the youngest one there. Have a great night. Bro. Doc

Good Evening June, it was 43 last night and now at 4:38 p.m. it is 80 outside and very nice day. Well, this morning I was going to have my usual Oatmeal, but the special was Cornbeef hash, eggs, hashbrowns and toast so I had it. My Bi-Mart last number on my membership card won a tarp so that was nice. This is a nice time of year, where it can be cool in the morning but warm at night. Have a good night June, and take care.
