   Hello - Crumpets remind me of English muffins in a way. I looked it up and they kinda look spongy in texture with the little holes in to absorb the butter, jelly or whatever you want to put on it. I see crumpets are sold in this country, but they are not as popular as English muffins are here. xo

Hi Ric. Sounds like your temps are becoming more comfortable. It’s always the same each year with summers and winters of extremes and moderations. I guess that’s nature. Won’t be long now and you will have leaves falling everywhere.  I had my little dog Muffy bathed and clipped yesterday. The lass did a good job as she left his coat long enough so that with a jacket on he does not get cold.  Not sure what I’ll have for supper tonight. I’ve got some left over cooked chicken that i’m sure I can make something of:). Have a pleasant Tuesday Ric. Cheers ~Pat~
