Hello,  happy Friday and weekend! I apologize

for my absence. My doctor recommended rest

because my back is in very bad shape and

requires surgery, as it has worsened. I always

think of my friends. The first step before changing

our lives is to accept our reality as it is; without

acceptance, there can be no change. Life is too

Hi,   have a good end to your Sunday, and a great

 start to August. The months go by so fast. I'm

 looking forward to September, when it's a bit

 cooler, although the news says we'll have summer

 until December. Ugh, I'm getting a little nervous

 about not being able to rest. True friends arrive on

 time; the others come when they have time. Bad

 times bring out true friends. Our friendship is like 

the sea; you can see the beginning, but not the end.
