Crazy day  on and off rain., watched the Patriots game, they won 

made dinner for myself roasted potatoes sausage peppers & onions.  hope you had a great sunday.. tomorrow i will go for coffee and have a PT appointment

Hello, friend  I'm signing off for today. I'll try not to have insomnia; it's so annoying! I'll switch off my brain, put my phone on airplane mode, and dream, without extra pay for luggage.
