We might get rain today... on Friday?  Or it might be some time on Saturday or maybe on Sunday.  

Any time we get rain we are grateful and if not there is nothing more beautiful than a Texas sky full of stars!  

Doesn't this look quiet & peaceful and like an awesome way to spend the day?  

But don't forget to add Jesus to that list!  

Because after the rain, you know what comes next...  

That's right!  God's promise to us in the form of a Rainbow!  That's why I never run from the rain but look forward to dancing in it!  

  Happy Memorial Day weekend, Beth. Have any plans? None here- I'm not into BBQs anymore. What kind of peppers do you plant? Once we planted HOT peppers. Cut them up with fried potatoes. Wow! Was so hot we couldn't eat the fried potatoes. Had to throw out. Hubby threw them into the woods. Hopefully the raccoons enjoyed them. lol.. God Bless from Darlene

Golly!! Memorial Day weekend, already!! Time is flying by!! Stay busy most days. I cannot always do all my chores in one day, not anymore!! We are at 62 degrees here this evening. not raining here yet, so I can say good morning to you from our porch...wished it looked like this one! LOL! enjoy your day Beth!

It should be fantastic for us because we are supposed to get rain!  The butterflies and flowers will be thankful.  

I love the way the flowers look with rain drops on them!  When the Juniper trees have droplets it looks like diamonds after the sun comes back out!  

The flowers look happy in the pouring down rain!  They seem to be dancing!  

The bunnies don't seem to mind the rain as they are hopping across the yard.  And the hummingbirds are flying through the rain to the feeders too.  

Ducks and children (and me too) always love to be out walking in the rain!  Come join me!  

So off I go, singing in the rain but where no one can hear me!  

Hi Beth.  Oh, those nails not only look pretty they sound cute with the changing colours. It would be hard to select from all the designs and colours now.  I went to the Scrabble group yesterday afternoon and had a fun time. I usually only stay for 2-3 games depending on how long they last. This afternoon my daughter is dropping her dog off after work as she is going to the city tomorrow for the weekend so Kindy will be spending the time with Muffy and myself. They are both the same age and get along really well.  It was quite chilly this morning and I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a frost. I never ventured out to look:).

Ah! I can’t say I’ve ever had white acre peas. Are they anything like the green field peas.  My late husband grew the garden peas and I would freeze all the excess.  Hope you have a pleasant day Beth.  Hugs ~Pat~
