Yesterday was rainy here and now the temps are climbing...80 on Wednesday! Don't know if this run of good weather will last, but I'm going to enjoy it while it's here!
Hi there. How are you today? I had a long night. My lower back is still bothering me. I should of used my heat pad last night before I went to bed. Maybe I would of slept more than a hour and a half. Tomorrow when I go to Walmart I'm going to look for some kind of cream to put on my hips to help with the discomfort I have from laying down and sitting. Those Biofreeze pain patches help a little but not for 8 hours like the package says. I have found some strectches to do. Today is going to get up to 80. And the next three days is supposed to be windy. I don't care for the wind. And I always forget how windy March is. My husband and I have a anniversary on the 5th of March. Thirty seven years, and so much in love. I hope you are having a good Monday afternoon. Take care my friend.

Hello June, got strawberry truffles from Aldi. they sure are good too. We had storms and rain yesterday and really needed the rain. Have a good new week and stay warm.
We got 3 1/2" rain yesterday..now the weeds, grass, etc. will surely take off growing. Walked around the yard this morning. My lenten roses, daffodils, are blooming. Usually by now, the crocus by creek has bloomed. It might be getting a late start..time will tell. A lazy day, but we have spots Tues, Wed, and Thursday. Hair cut for me next week. We saw Marie last Friday. She was in the hallway when we got there. She looked really good. Enjoy the week. -:)
A very rainy day here..won't stop till late tonight. We needed it though..last significant rain was way back in October. My daffodils are up and blooming. Won't be long and the grass will need cut. Hope your weekend has been wonderful. -:)

Good Afternoon, I'm doing much better today. I have been putting BioFreeze pain patches on my lower back. I was on Facebook this morning and saw some stretches to do to loosen your lower back. I did one of them and it sure did help my back. I have been doing laundry today and I have dishes to do. But it feels good to be able to lean over without having bad pain. I hope you are having a good weekend. Today is much better and the sun is shining. Yesterday was very cloudy and cold. Well take care my friend and enjoy your day.
