Hi Beth. Well, that’s a lovely page you have. I do like it. Yes, we also celebrate Mothers day the same time as you. I had lunch with my daughter and family and had a lovely message from my son and family. Have you used the Gift card yet?. That does sound like fun. My birthday lunch was amazing. Got so many lovely cards, flowers, chocolates etc. Quite enough to last me for 12 months:)
I’m so pleased that you have finally had some good soaking rain. That will clear the air and it will do the countryside wonders. Our days are cooler and we have the occasional days of light rain but hoping for much more. In some areas the farmers have begun seeding. At this time of the year many years ago the mushrooms would pop up in certain areas and people would gather them for cooking but those days are gone now due to unknown spraying making these wild ones unsafe.
