I hope you have had a great weekend. It's a quiet day here after a busy fun filled week with my youngest daughter and grandchildren in town. It was a special time seeing all 4 grandkids together. Thursday we had a birthday party for them all together, my 3 grandson's birthdays are in Aug and September and Peyton's is in January but we sure couldn't leave her out! My oldest daughter had a water slide and the kids spent hours on it. My daughter is almost home now after a very long drive. I have a digital frame so that is filling up with lots of precious memories. It was quite the experience to see my oldest grandson after 3 years and to have him taller than me! He will be 13 in August.

Hallo lieve mensen, ik hoop dat jullie genieten van de rest van deze zondag. Beter laat dan nooit, toch? Ik was in Zandvoort – waar de laatste autoraces op 20 augustus plaatsvinden – en we gaan erheen. Jammer van de kosten – leuk, maar duur – maar het is tenslotte onze Max Verstappen, dus we gaan.
