Lately it's been a little difficult to quiet the mind and go to sleep. Usually a small glass of merlot will help. Or sometimes listening to the sound of the ocean meeting the shore from a recording. The sound of the ocean reminds me that I used to ride my bike and camp out on the beach on weekends. I would bring food but generally go to a near by cafe to eat, riding from one beach to another going down the coast, visiting small towns. Occasionally a friend would come along on their bike. Perhaps I should do that again soon. I hope you have been enjoying your weekend. Have a great Sunday. Jazz
Saturday Blessings! I thought I would finish out the second half of Tom Arma's "A Wingey Thingies" and I would love to hear which one is your favorite! Enjoy the weekend!
