Of all the household chores...laundry is my favorite...I do a few loads every other day...small loads for some but I love doing it..Used to love ironing..ironed everything in sight but not these days...maybe every couple of weeks...Had a few asking me to open a new group as they miss it but not sure many would go to it...so gonna give it some thought.. Hi Darlene. Just sitting here this afternoon with brilliant sunshine streaming through the window. I would be enjoying it except it's stirred up the Hay fever/ What we need is a good solid rain to clear the air. I see the hill is staying around for two more weeks. Hello Darlene, yes we were both on NOTH a long time. I think I left you comments occasionally, not sure. lol. We don't do Taco Tuesdays but it sure sounds good. I prefer Taco salads too and lately I make taco bowls. I put Mexican or white rice in th bottom, then the taco meat and whatever toppings we have, usually black beans, cheese, ranch or sour cream and crumbled tortilla chips. Hope your mid week is good. Already steamy here.

Hi Darlene. I think the name of the colour of my page is “Dusty Pink”. It was very popular a few years ago. I used it a lot when making graphics. At that time it was very different. The latest seasonal colour craze here with clothing is all shades of “green”. I’ve always liked green. To me it’s a very relaxing colour.
Yes, I’m also getting lots of invitations but apart from the old friends I’m going to be rather restrictive as there is only so many I can cope with as I’m involved with the local Groups here in town and have projects always at home to work on that’s why I can’t always reply to comments each day.
I used the profile name yoyoyum when I signed up here years ago. At the time I was having a snack on some “yoyo” biscuits (cookies) they are great favourites here and rather “yummy” so hence the name.
Would you believe I have never had a Taco? I’ve seen the makings in the Supermarkets but somehow they don’t appeal to me. My late brother loved them after he had some during a trip to California. I’ve tried those “Wraps” from the Supermarkets but not keen on those either. The idea of a Taco salad appeals to me more than the ones you fold over. Nothing too spicy for me now. Just on 60f here this afternoon with sunshine. Would be great if we had some good solid rain. It’s so dry. Hugs Pat.
