The weekend is here...a muggy one too. Got the yard cut this morning..and of course more rain is in the horizon. We will see 90 today. It was a semi busy week. Don't think we have much planned this weekend. Hope all is good your way... -:)

Hi, Darlene) How are you? Today has been sorta nice & sunny, but the thermometer on side porch sez 90º, and that's 's-i-c-k'. 'Weather" due @5P, so hopefully the rain & darkness will lower the temp. I voted. Yeah, it was a more difficult format than what we're used to. Glad you persevered, pal. I'm sure you got it done. We struggled thru shopping yesterday evening, and it was a tall order. Three wks had gone by since last grocery visit and we were out of abt everything. Then bringing in from car in hot, humid air... ugggh. It wore us both out. Why can't it be going into winter now??? Take care of you and DH, and I hope you're not in line of the bad stuff. They're talking high winds and hail again tonight & tomorrow. Be safe! *hugs*

I went to Vegas with my daughter, we had a great time and would do it again. We did do alot of walking during the day, sight seeing, all the different sights on the strip, have you ever been to Vegas?
Getting on here late..had so much to do today. Now it's time for supper..will probably be leftovers. We hit 85 today. Got laundry done and it's hanging out on line. Should be dry by now. Welcome June.
moving slow this morning, a lizard got in my hair last night, LOL YES, that's true....I woke up at 1:30 a.m. feeling something crawling on my head, reached up and grab it, thought it may be a grasshopper, threw it across the room, got up, turned on the bathroom light, found the critter, it was a gecko! he ran like lightening, got inside a hall closet that is right ourside our bedroom entry. So, I got him trapped in there...couldn't go back to sleep trying to figure out how a dang lizard (gecko) got into our bedroom, and not noticed by either of our 2 dogs, and they were on tthe bed with us! The lizard has been caught and released...
