Currently sunny and 38. We dropped to 16 early morning. Tomorrow we will see a high of 53. I'm scheduled to donate blood at 11:30, so will be eating an early lunch before I head out. I've been looking at the weather radar each morning. Looks like you have indeed been blessed with a beautiful, snowy December. By Christmas, our high will be 68. Typical for us, so maybe a chance of snow in Jan or Feb. Time will tell. Wishing you a wonderful week ahead.

Hello Melinda. We feed a stray too. Don't know where she came from but she keeps coming here for regular meals. One time a neighbors chickens got out of their containment and wandered over to our property. Lucy (we named her) chased them off the lot, and let them know this was private property...hers.....It colder than normal here too, in the mid 20a here now with wind chills in the low teens. And it will get colder tonight. Brrr.

Very windy here this morning..arctic blast moves in tonight and with it brings a very cold day tomorrow...high will only be 38. Not much planned today unless I get motivated to get groceries. Oir freezer is looking thin inside, so it's time to stock up again. Friend of mine, they left Thursday on a bus tour to NY..I'm pretty sure Michelle's birthday wish was granted, as she wanted it to snow while there. I think they are heading home today. December is fading, but it's been a productive month here thus far. We still need to move a file cabinet and small table into the home office. Will buy a new wardrobe next month. It will be placed into the home office as well. But now the den has so much more room. Enjoy the day -:)

I never change my pages do i ,but i was sort of forced to this time ,because,IMGUR hAS been banned in this country so i had to go get codes from another site .

My lovely girlies from my summer collection turned into horrible blue plain boxes on my page and it all looked awful .so i had to rectify it real fast .I found another site to get the codes for my pictures and it was even better than lunapic and imgur codes there .IMGBB,COM IF YOUR INTERESTED   HUN .

Will try and visit you again tomorrow and send you a nice Picture in reply to yours ok .

Good Morning, Melinda. "Frosty Friends, sunny vibes."

Sunny skies today and 53..was quite windy most of the day..enough, it blew my pillows and swing cover off. I made deviled eggs earlier, while prepping supper for tonight. Having pork chops and green beans. Trying to use up whatever is in freezer, especially meats. Will probably go to the grocery store tomorrow or Friday. How has your week been?

Darlene yes i have tried  apples  ,banana  pears  .

They are all different some like them some dont,  it all depends .

My store did not have the peanuts in a shell.

You think they would be available year round.

I would try a different type of nut but they are in small bags and overly priced.

We are due for more snow too this week only a couple inches for now .

well, I finally know when my knee surgery will be, Wednesday, Dec 17th in Ft Worth,  they didn't even get the surgery orders until yesterday from the office here, once she got the info the surgery coordinator called me this morning to set the appt...so someone here didn't fax it last week.... I could have been having it this week if they had! "rolling my eyes" LOL!

Speaking  about icicles  i have them hanging on  my house.

My neighbor has them hanging on his bushes

 We wound up with  a little over 5 inches of snow and that had  added to what we already had.  I heard on the radio our airport.

O`Hare had 19 inches of snow . 

That  can`t be true They must have errored.

Thats a huge difference between what we got here and the rest of the city.

We are supposed to get some kind of warm up soon so perhaps most of this snow will start melting.  We in for a a snowy winter .

Now i heard 39 degrees  by at least Wednesday .

They are always  making changes  as they read what  is given them lol
