Today, Sunday is National Coffee Day (in the USA). Lots of coffee places give away free coffee. International Coffee Day is October 1st so outside of US, you’ll have to wait a couple days for your free cup. I’d buy you a cup if I could.
Homemade carrot soup is lovely Ally. Fry an onion and add a potatoe. Then add chopped carrots and stock. Towards the end l put in a little bit of curry powder then put it all through the blender. l divide it up and put into containers for the freezer. Handy just to lift out on a cold winters day. Lovely with warm crusty bread :-) Think you would like it.
