Ally, Ceil & I enjoyed our salmon supper tonight what I did was rolled the Salmon fillet in bread crumbs then I put freshly shredded cheese on top then I baked the salmon for 20 minutesand we also had frozen vegetables to go with it.

The rain sure has been needed. Ours was torrential but most welcome.
