No rain just yet, but it's in our back door. Scattered showers most of the week. This will be our 5th year traveling to a different TN location. The last time I was in Knoxville was 1991. A friend at that time, their relatives lived scattered around the area. I remember attending a wedding there that same year. I look daily at different towns (real estate) and it's mind boggling what even a simple, small house is seeking for. It's the same here as well. I don't know how young people will ever afford to own anything now. Our son is renting a house, and has for 2 years now. Hopefully he will be able to buy in a few years.
