Just got a call from my cousin in Lenoir City, Tenn. Expecting freezing rain this weekend, in that area! 22 degrees here at the moment, but this will rapidly change! All schoolsare closed in our area, tomorrow. Becauseof the frigid weather. I hope each of you can be warm if your in  state's that are going to be affected by this storm. I have been busy getting covering doors  and windows in our house. I have heard we could get 8 inches of snow here and probably some drifts cause the wind is supposed to be terribe tomorrow and Saturday. I have been to the store and got things for several days. Not liking this one bit. Going to have to leave water dripping  in the bathtub and kitchen sink. Stay safe and warm my friend and take care.

Hi Pam! Since we have ice and snow in our weekend forecast, I've moved our bird feeder closer to our back porch, the birds have already discovered it there! LOL!  I like it where I have it now, because I can see it from inside the living room, from my chair...today I saw a Cardinal couple, 2 doves, & several sparrows &  wrens., the best part, the squirrels haven't discovered it yet. They can clear out my feeder in minutes! LOL

The birds have been so busy at the feeder and in the yard and even helping the mice get ready for the storm.  

Lots of people are excited about this storm coming.  Are they crazy???  

Get some sleep tonight because when we wake up it will be Friday!
