We made it!! Friday!! Boyd mowed at church. Dug some new potatoes from the garden. Picked tomatoes. I did our laundry and dusted living room. Made toasted cheese sandwiches for our lunch. We had sliced green peppers&cucumbers&yellow tomatoes. My cousin called me. Here is my story!! Woke up about 1:30am this morning, bathroom duty! Looked over in the bathtub, and behold, there was a tree frog!! Got up woke up Boyd!! He is trying to catch it!! He said stand here and watch it, I will get a pail or something! I am standing back near our bedroom. I said I am all right here!! Finally he killed it!! I go running to open back door! No idea how the runt, got inside the house! Much quieter around here this afternoon! 77 degrees here now. Welcome relief for me!! Our neighbors left for Florida this morning. You have a very splendid weekend, Pam!! Hugs Shirley
LOL well, it didn't amount to much more then spitting a little! I went out for a bit this morning, saw the sprinkles on my windshield, but didn't even need the wipers, not even once! looked more promising on the weather map!
It's Friday!! It's a rainy afternoon but that's ok since it's bringing the temps down a good bit and the weekend is before us! Now that's worth smiling over.

Good afternoon Pam yes the early start to the week-end is here and it's going to cooler here all week-end no 80's 90's so that's a good thing we're having leftovers for supper tonight so it'll be a easy clean up and after we eat we'll go upstairs and go into our bedroom ansd watch TV while we play games on our phones until we're ready to go to bed
