Hi there. How are you today? I had a long night. My lower back is still bothering me. I should of used my heat pad last night before I went to bed. Maybe I would of slept more than a hour and a half. Tomorrow when I go to Walmart I'm going to look for some kind of cream to put on my hips to help with the discomfort I have from laying down and sitting. Those Biofreeze pain patches help a little but not for 8 hours like the package says. I have found some strectches to do. Today is going to get up to 80. And the next three days is supposed to be windy. I don't care for the wind. And I always forget how windy March is. My husband and I have a anniversary on the 5th of March. Hello June, got strawberry truffles from Aldi. they sure are good too. We had storms and rain yesterday and really needed the rain. Have a good new week and stay warm.
