No, this year I'm staying home. It will be a quiet Christmas, but my family and I will connect on Christmas (video calls) and again during the day. I was just in Los Angeles a few months ago for my son's wedding...the airports weren't too busy at the time (although Denver is a nightmare lol), but people are elbow to elbow during the holiday season. I do it almost every year. It's very tiring.

Last night and this morning we have had heavy rain and winds, trees down, powerlines, and Hwy 101 along the coast from Florence to Astoria is in such a mess it will take you a long time to drive it if you can the nearly 200 miles.
