                  CHASE MY BLUES

Today it's raining buckets outside,

I'm feeling like I just need to hide.

It's gloomy, windy and looking odd,

Can you bring back the sun dear God.

I am wrapped in my blanket tight,

Hoping and wishing it's a clear night,

I have so many things I need to do,

I'll write pretty poems to chase my blues.

               WATCH THAT TOT

I took a quick little look outside,

I swear my eyes were open wide.

I saw a small child playing all alone,

This isn't right this child's not grown.

Parents need to guard their babies,

No if's, ands,  but's or maybe's.

I only speak out for they can not,

Parents please watch your little tot.
