Well another day as end, and so far all is well. I worked in the garden this afternoon. Out there about a hour or so. It's been a while since I could even do that.
Not true at all . As I just went for my yearly Dr examine. My dr said Being active with sometype of exercise is the best thing as we age.. Being Active like working in the yard, walking in neighborhood ..
