June, the online wills do the same that you have to pay the rip off price by the Lawyer. Both of ours give each other the power of atty, and states what we want when we are no longer able to tell others. Property, stocks, bank accounts  our house, vehicles. And they have free Will kits that are legal and all you have to do is have two witnesses and a Notary and that is it. Cost about 40 dollars. I am sure these kind are probably legal in MA also. They seem to be legal in most states and they say on the  LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT FOR STATE OF OREGON FOR  YOUR NAME. Lots of people can't afford that kind of money for a will. And the will we found also encloudes the Power of Atty also. What I really think June is the Lawyers just rip you off and make more than it really cost to put this together. Most make way over 150 an hour. Glad I found these online. 57 at 9 a.m. Joyce is having for the first time a once a year home health nurse  come between 9 and 11. Pacific Source pays for it. You just fill in all the section etc. It was 5 pages and they ask even what to do when your not able to speak for yourself. At the end they asked you to sign it and have two witnesses, and it was legal. I am sure you could done one of those if they have them there. And I saw them for other states also.
