I didn't make the pie crust, I bought two and put the other things in it and cooked it. And I had on rubbrr gloves. You could have eaten this turkey pot pie. My fingers nrver touched the pie the rubber gloves did. You would have liked this for sure. You mean there was not another place you could have gotten ther bladed sharpened? Our B&I (Ace Hardware) would have sharpened it here in town and then there are three Hardward stores in Eugene, that would have done it. And here it would have brrn 7 dollars to sharpen the blade. Much cheaper than the 30 dollars for a new one. We might get snow here tonight the weather just said. At 740 ft that is almost ground level. Take Care. Bro. Doc

Could you not have gotten the blade on the shovel sharpened? Snow came dow to 740 feet and is suppose to be there for a few days. You can see snow on the hills that you have not seen in a long while. It might be 42 here now but up there is it is 35. I made a Turkey Pot pie. I bought the pie shells and added diced potatoes and turkey. Added peas and carrots, with thickened turkey gravy and it is very good. Have a great fay tomorrow. Bro. Doc

That is why I left the north, Sometimes only three month not running the heat, it was dark in the winter and depressing.

Oh no, more snow? Thank goodness you now have a shovel, but you also need someone to shovel for you....
