can you trust walking thru the valley of the shadow of death...fearing no evil?
A girl about 17 had gone to visit some friends 1 nite & time passed quickly as each shared stories of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned & had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town & she lived only a few blocks away. As she walked along under the elm trees Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm or danger. When she reached the alley which was a short cut to her house she decided to take it. However halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at theend as though he was waiting for her. She became uneasy & began to pray asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness & security wrapped around her. When she reached the end of the alley she walked right passed the man & arrived homesafely. The following day she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just 20 minutes. after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy & the fact that it could have been her she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for hersafety & to help this young woman she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a line up to see if she could identify him. She agreed & immediatelypointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told that he had been identified he immediately broke down & confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery & asked her if there was anything they could do for her. She asked ifthey would ask the man 1 question. Diane was curious as to why he did not attack her. When the police asked him he answered "Because she wasn't alone, she had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly whether u believe or not, you're never alone. Did u know that 98% of teenagers will not stand up for God? God is always there in your heart & loves u no matter what & if u stand up for him he will stand up for u!!I am open-minded, unattached, 3 children with 6 grankizz, First Time Great Grandmother and loving it!!!!!
Hi MyBoomerPlace freind well I recently told you I moved into a new appartment. Well the was an unfortunate sewer back up with the toilet it over flowed into the bathtub and surrounding floor areas. They had to get a vacuum truck to get rid of the water. Then call forbthe cleaners. The guy said it would take three month to clean. Also because the water flowed in to the bed room . I had to leave my bed frame and also my washer and dryer. And any thing that touched the floor. I got to take everything in the living room and kitchen. The only had the apartment next for available on the grund floor. But it was a baguette apartment. So I took it and they also let me put something in storage. I gave my 42 inch TV to my son he and the owner of the building staff help me and the cats move in.yesterday. I got the internet and my home phone transferred over here. The cats and me are fine.
