For those interested, here’s a quick update...

Pompon is suffering from severe hepatitis;

his pancreas has tripled in size and is full of biliary sludge.

Everything is inflamed...

and today, he has a large abscess on his head.

In addition to all the other medications in his IV drips, he is being given an antibiotic and a painkiller.

However, he has started eating a little again when I offer him his food bowl, and he responds when I speak to him...

Unfortunately, I can't be at the vet clinic all the time—there are visiting hours...

There is only a very slight improvement... but it’s significant...

It gives me hope...

I am very grateful to those who are praying for us...

Another hot day here. No rain came, even though it was on the forecast yesterday. I got laundry done this morning, so it's probably already dry outside. Got the yard cut yesterday and weeds pulled. No appts till early August. Of course, the grocery store is calling me again. Have a fun week ahead..
