I grew up in Alice, Texas not far from Corpus Christi. Their water shed is almost totally empty. They have been on water rationing for several years. Wheh they do get rain, Amy, my best friend since 3rd grade, gets so excited that her yard has turned green. I do understand how hard it is not to have rain. Blessings & Hugs Sharon!
