Trying to decide what to have with my coffee at the Cafe de Flore. The Croque Monsieur or the Croque Madame. The Croque Monsieur is made with ham and cheese (usually Gruyère), toasted, and then topped with a bit of béchamel sauce. A Croque Madame is the same, but with a fried or poached egg on top. Watching the sun rise this morning. It is the first weekend in October already and there will be a full moon tonight. It will appear the largest and brightest of the entire year.
