that's my goal Lisa, after getting down to the doctors approved weight for me, I want to maintain that weight for years...I hope I'm developing better eating habits.

Oh my is it humid here. More rain is coming this afternoon. And Saturday and Sunday are going to get up to 102F. Don't like the heat or humdity. The humidity takes alot out of me. And I don't like feeling sticky. How is the weather where you live? I hop you are doing well. Getting all of my housework done before the storms come.
