Hello Darlene. Well, not much going on here at the moment. We are still waiting for that elusive rain. The long range forecast doesn’t show much. Most days are overcast with heavy cloud cover but nothing comes of it. I took my little dog to the vet last Thursday for her Cartrophen injection to help with her joints. It certainly does help her. She is well over 15 years so is doing very well.  While there I booked them both in for a bath and groom next Wednesday. I hope the temps have cooled down for you now. Also hope it hasn’t been too unpleasant for you.  Enjoy your weekend. Hugs Pat.

Hi Darlene! this is the puzzle we started this afternoon. It's called "California Car Show", this photo is better than the box, so I copied and saved it so you could see it better. The other one we finished last night, it was of an abandoned park, or an aftermath of some kind of disaster, it has  a broken overpass, abandon building, a broken down park....it was strange but we got it done without any photo or box to go by, really did test our brains! LOL!

Yes Sweet Sweet Moongirl.i WILL SHARE anything with you .i think we both need an ice lolly pop.Its been in the 90s here too .and i must admit .En]#vcen for a sun lover like me ,unbearable.its in the 80s now for a few days so that at least is more comfortable. my garden is taking so much looking after to stop the drout from killing everything ,its sure been a labour of love to keep it all watered ,whewwww!!!!!

Hi Darlene!

my stepdaughter brought us a puzzle when she came to visit us a couple of weeks ago. It was sealed inside a bag, but no box, or picture was with it. We started it last night, with no idea what it would look like..or size of it. We started thinking it was going to be hard, but we are almost 3/4 of the way finished. I think it's 750 pieces, it's not big enough for a 1,000 piece puzzle.

Hey Darlene...I hadn't shown you a puzzle that we've been working on in a long while. This is the one we just finished. It's called Stained Glass Cactus, it's a round puzzle made with wood. Some of the pieces are cut shaped like animals, birds and flowers. It was fun working it

Good Morning Darlene, stormy here each day with plenty of rain. We had a flash flood yesterday and very intense lightening. My poor furbabies were glad when it was over.  Our fourth will be mostly quiet.  Probably will stay home and cook some fish.  Got corn on the cob yesterday and some fresh squash.The best part of summer here is the fresh veggies.  ♥ 

May be a raging case of what I call Annual Summer Slouch. I hope it passes quickly, pal:) ha Know whatcha mean. Hope you go out to eat soon. Someone else's cooking is so enjoyable for me. Mostly because I don't have to clean up after the meal. Take care of you, pal. TTYL!

I hope you had a great weekend Darlene and looking forward to this new week. I'm not looking forward to the noise of July 4th and 5th, because it scares my dogs, but love watching the fireworks.  We used to go to the local firework shows, but as I've aged, the heat makes me feel icky...so we watch them on TV now! 

Hello Darlene. Well, I do symphathise with you regarding the heat wave as I know you find it difficult to cope in the hot weather. Thank goodness for A/Cons. One of the TV news channels I watch has the world news and at the end they show the weather conditions in each country and I’ve seen the temps your way. Meanwhile here in the land down under, our state continues to experience dry conditions. Not good considering we are at the end of our first month of winter. I never went to the Scrabble group today. Hi Darlene!  I took my morning walk, afterwards,  decided I need to go at 7 a.m. instead of at 8..it was fine at the beginning, but by the end of my walk, it was just getting too humid, so only got a mile...tryinig to get more than a mile a day in...2, 500 steps is way short of 10,000 "they" recommend. I wonder if I'll ever make that amount, probably not...LOL!
