I'm finally settled. I offically moved in with Furniture on January 17th and now everything is unpacked, and put up.

Got area rugs ordered and delivered and down ,the new kitchen table ,chairs and console delivered, so it's time right now to relax.

I do not have the yard I had , and it's fine with me, I can do up a small garden and the old owner has plants I can wait to see in the flower garden, They are about to  bloom.
