Good Evening June, 110 seems rather warm for your area. Glad I am not there. It was 90 here today. Glad you had a nice b-day. It the house iy is a very nice 75 and the two fans work nice and the rubberizeed roof is doing its job to remove the heat. I got the second part of my eye test done which was the test for new glasses. I guess the catract in my left eye is starting to geta little worse. But the eye doctor said not time to do anything about it. So tomorrow I will take the prescription over to the VA to pick out my new glass frames and they send them out to get make. 6 weeks from now I will have them. Glad I only had to go about 1 1/2 miles from the house to the eye doctor uptown. VA is so booked up that it was have been Dec before I could have been seen. Evening was a beautiful day high 80's., tomorrow will be 110 with the humidty., I plan on getting my nails done, then coffee and the store.
last night my son took me out for birthday dinner ., and gave me a gift card,plus bought me Italian rum cake,

I thought I would share some of my pictures from videos. This is a baby Cardinal and he is so ugly that he is cute.
For over a month I have watched the Papa Cardinal feed the babies and teach them to feed themselves from our feeder. I have hundreds of videos.
They have grown into young adults and Papa is always close by making sure that they have food.
There is no telling how many Cardinal famiiies have been coming to our feeder this year. It has been so fun to watch them grow up!
We are blessed with Blue Jays and for a while we had a Woodpecker too that would show up.
We even have an occational Dove come looking for seed. Of course we do have a squirrel now and then too.
One day a few weeks ago, I counted 10 different squirrels running on three different sides of the backyard fence coming and going from all different directions. Blessings & Hugs! Pam
