Monday night I woke up sick., Tuesday i went to physcial therpay

and had to leave, got sick had to stop the session, came home got ginger ale and crackers  went to bed.

today i feel a little better., not great., very cold here in the minus

Hi June, that's a lot of snow you got!  Be careful shoveling it.  I know its hard work.  This time last year we were getting
