Thankful Thursday is here and I have a lot to be thankful for today.
I think we grew up in the best era ever! What fun we had outside roaming the neighborhoods with each other.
I am very thankful that I did NOT have to drive over that bridge to work or EVER for that matter.
As I have aged, there are a lot more simple things that I enjoy. Thankful for things that may not be perfect but still work most of the time... sight, hearing, smelling, walking... you know, the basics.
Today we are in the low 90's. We only had one ice storm this year. Yes, many of you have had a terrible winter and you are always welcome in Texas.
The only way you make a savings with those cards if you buy a lot of the same items. I think the card i now about 60-75 dollars. A rip off. I have been not long ago to Cosco with a friend, and I don't need lots of the same stuff. I am only one person, and I can get by on 30 dollars a week for one person. We have Grocery OPutlet which is a discount grocery store and I cvan buy a full bag like I did for 25.98 and 4 items in another bag vwcaysawe no room for it in the first bag. That is enough to last for a week. So Cosco I do not need, and the other one I do notr know about. 3 dollars I paid years ago for a Bi-Mart card, and it is like a Walmoart Store, but in this are has been around longer than Walmart, and those that work there are the owners. its so bitter colds & windy today., my son text me this morning to make sure I bundle up, when i go out... went to BJ'S wholesale club., I have the membership card, when friends want to go they call me., since i pay for the card. then went for coffee., hope your having a good day and your weather is better. see you tomorrow.
Its been a crazy week for me and its only Wednesday. I seem to go somewhere in the morning, get back home late and feel rushed to get stuff done before the evening. I don't know how anyone else's temperture is where you live but its going to be warm here the rest of the week. Its 81F right now. Tomorrow--90F, Friday--95F, and Saturday 99F!!!!! To warm for this time of year. And Sunday is going to be windy and 69F. I call this Crazy weather. I hope you have had a good day. I enjoyed myself and even bought myself some new blouses.
