Hey Ms June I agree too hot to cook or eat. You might try a light salad with chicken or tuna, fruit salad or protein shake. I live in Florida so I know about heat, humidity and high temperatures. Feel better

Good Evening June, it is 80 at 6:30 p.m. I am sorry to hear you hurt your back. How did you do that ? After services this morning we had potluck which was nice.
