Hi there. I don't know if you read my bulliten or not, I have deleted it now. But I feel so much better after taking a much needed nap. Didn't sleep good last night so that wasn't helping at all. Amazing how a nap will make you feel so much better. How has your day been? I hope you are doing good. I haven't done much today. You enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care.

I walk first thing every morning to where the sunshine is beaming...usually in the neighbor's back yard at their fence. I make sure and stand there for a minimum of 15 minutes. The warmth from the sun is so invigorating. Leaving around 12:30 to donate blood. Fingers crossed my hemoglobin will cooperate.
