Hello Di.I’ve not spent a great amount of time here of late as have had a few medical problems that we are gradually bringing under control.
We really had a severe heat wave several weeks ago with daily temps hovering between 100f to 114. Not the nicest of living temps. Yesterday A monsoonal band has now settled on us bringing some much needed rain. The first decent falls since last august. The farmers are rejoicing but unfortunately not the vignerons as vintage harvest of the grapes are in full swing and this rain is heavy enough to split the berries. I do hope you are both doing well. Hugs and take care. Pat.
Skipping Into The Weekend With A Smile On My Face. I Wish You A Great Saturday And Sunday Filled With Many Smiles. Thank You For Your Friendship And Please Be Safe
It is Friday and it was a perfect morning starting at 48°.
My Christmas or Easter Cactus is blooming in between! I have 3 pots in the house.
One is Peach colored bloom, this one is yellow and the third one that did bloom a few blooms in January has white, red, and bright pink flowers with blooms just putting out again.
This Orchid is fairly new and the blooms are just gorgeous in color.
When they first put out buds, I get so excited to see what color or design it is because they only bloom about twice a year but the blooms last for months.
You can see the green plant to the far left and the pretty pink leaf plant. They both put out a bloom sinimar to a Peace Lily!
