Trying to decide what to have with my coffee at the Cafe de Flore. The Croque Monsieur or the Croque Madame. The Croque Monsieur is made with ham and cheese (usually Gruyère), toasted, and then topped with a bit of béchamel sauce. A Croque Madame is the same, but with a fried or poached egg on top.
