Look like the warm temps hang around for a week or longer.l.maybe thru the 15th. The overall weather pattern across the US has been chaotic. Flooding in the Grand Canyon recently. Guess we will try and get the yard mowed on Monday. I've been staying inside as much as possible.
I feel for you and my family in Florida. It is so very hot there every day. 2 of my grandkids moved from NYC to Orlando and they used to go to parks almost year round in NY. Now they have to find more indoor activities sadly. But I am very thankful otherwise, they are out of NYC. Keep cool my friend.
Did you enjoy the first week of September? Fall is just around the corner now. I have wanted to get fall decorations out but with the temps very hot here it will be a couple weeks yet. The thermometer said 103 last I looked!
I got an early start with mowing and it didn't take as long because some of the yard didn't need mowing with it being brown with no rain lately. It took only 2 hours instead of 3! So that gave me some time to stop in to say hi!
