Heat wave over our area. Soup beans&cornbread&fried potatoes&smoked sausage for supper. I made a bit different dessert tonight. Have a graham pie crust. Mix 1 can Eagle brand&1 can strawberry pie filling&1 sm. coolwhip. Mix very well by hand. Put into pieshell. It will be high up!! Hugs Shirley

Summer sizzle: I may have to water my patio plants two or three times a day during this heat dome or maybe even pull them into the shade which starts to take over part of the deck around 2 pm. The caterpillar eating my dill will soon be a tiger swallowtail butterfly.
