same thing happened to us! we watched the storms heading towards us...and then NOT a dang drop of water hit our neighborhood! LOL!

Thunderstorms currently moving through...hoping it will cool things off some. We've been getting rain for the past few days, but it's just been making the humidity worse...I miss camping and impatiently waiting for better conditions!
Hi Lisa. I hope you both had a nice weekend of celebrations. Oh that pic of the Tucasegee River view from your window at the hotel you were staying in the mountains is beautiful and my type of scenery:). It looks so peaceful there. I can well understand you wanting to go back there again. Each time we went on holidays it was always to the country and outdoor rural areas. To us that was far more relaxing and interesting. Have you started going to the gym yet? That’s going to be a challenge especially as I believe you are having a very hot spell of weather now.
