  I just got home from having my last physical therapy session on my foot, I go back to the podiatrist on Oct 8th see if it's been helpful, I really can't tell much improvement...
I'm also enjoying a container of black cherry yogurt as I'm visiting your page...

Once October starts, it seems like I'm not in as big of a hurry to get things done.  Even though the days are shorter and seem to start so much later.  

Coffee is always a necessity in our home but sometimes it is needed just to get up and get moving.  It is still too dark to get up!  

The squirrels are busy this time of year.  Most of them are after acorns and nuts.  These two are after apples.  Don't you love apples this time of year?  

Fall flowers are so beautiful.  There are so many different kinds of mums and colors available.  Have you ever dried your own flowers?  

Well this chick has flowers for you with lots of Fall Blessings & Hugs!

Good afternoon to you. I hope you are having a good day. My morning didn't go to good but this afternoon is much better. Its a warm day here. Sunny and in the mid 80's. Friday is going to be in the low 90's. Not much going on here. Been doing the laundry and its all done but putting it away. And I'm going to be making Burritos for our supper, so people call it dinner. I don't put anything spicy in our burriotos as we don't like spicy food. Just fried hambuger, refried beans and shredded mild cheddar cheese on a flour tortilla. They are very good. After I get them all rolled up I put some oil in a skillet and put them 3 at a time in the skillet to brown the outsides. We love them that way. Hey bud...warm here today..80. Got errands done, chiro appt..was home by noon. Oct 29 I'll start going to the Belmont chiro location. I talked with staff at the old office this morning, letting them know I would be moving. Dr Mike was very nice and sincere...certainly understanding my decision. Of course with this practice, I'm able to visit whatever office I choose at anytime. The Belmont location is their 4th office to open since January 2024. Hope your week has been good. Counting down till we leave for the beach...10 days now...-:)
