Yes they did have a lot of penalties. Those hurt but I liked Arch palyed much better this week. He's a good one! I'm watching Fox on my local station so it's the Browns!

Ohio State didn't play anybody ranked. You could see why. The Longhorns would have done the same against that team lol.
