Gosh, where do I start? Been one crazy frantic weekend!
Glen called Friday nite and said he would be down here from the Cinti area the next day...
Ok It is now Saturday... Grasscutter brings out the feed... I decide I'd better get in some supplies...GC drives me to town...Get back home and find that Glen has called! He is lost somewhere here in the mountains....GC stays to help if Glen calls back and still has no idea where he is...We wait!
Glen finally manages to find me.... stopped at two different Post Offices and asks for help..
GC leaves... Glen decides we need to go to Jackson Walmart for some computer stuff... I say stuff cause I have no idea what he is talking about! lololol... Off we go! this is a hundred plus mile round trip...but I needed to go there anyway... We walk all over Walmart... (another hundred miles)... check out there... go to True Value....I pick up some paint... a couple of dollars worth of feeder goldfish and two red eared sliders for the pond.
Home James!
Glen plays puter until bedtime and we do some serious cover diving...
Next morning I let dogs out/in... dogs make an immediate beeline to living room and climb up in recliner with Glen! You think I am bad for grumbling before breakfast? Well, you should have heard Glen! I looked back down the hall way... and all I can see from my vantage point is the Big Red dog's head and shoulders! She has climbed up into Glen's lap and she is just a grinning... I walk closer and there is the Spuds sweet talking in Glen's ear! I cracked up... Glen gave them some of his sandwich the evening before! I told him not to but he didn't listen to me any more than you all do! lolol And y'all say I spoil my dogs?!? Trust me, I've had plenty of help in the spoiling the dogs area!
Let's see here... Oh yeah...Anna called Sunday nite and asked if I wanted some chickens... Sure, why not! OK... so yesterday, I drive down to get Anna... She jumps in truck and off we go...Drive two miles to the North, sort of.... take a left onto a pine tree lined shady dirt road...Pretty back there and so cool... Nice people live there. Have a lot of out buildings and a lot of places for copperheads to hide... Oh yeah! I noticed that right away... That reminds me, when in snake country, you always check the rafters in the sheds and barns before going all the way inside...
Anyway, I came home with two roosters, 3 hens and a tiny doodle (baby chick down here). They are Silkys... and to me, they have a very primitive dinosaur look... their light amber colored feathers look like hair, the roosters' combs are a purplish blue and their ear flaps are a shiny irridescent blue. Weird looking critters... gonna do some research on them and see what I can find out....
Remember all the lightening storms when the storm gods were playing up here? Well, I don't know if it was a score for them or not, but I now have a huge walnut tree that has died... and no, it's not the fall color range. The leaves are totally brown, dried and wilted, and hanging straight down! After doing some asking around, the consensus seems to be that lightning struck the tree... nothing else would kill that quickly and totally. Tree is at most 75' from the house!
Tomorrow, I must make a trip to the two pumper.... Tommy, the owner, has 4 kittens that he is giving me.. Since the disappearance of Heidi, the huntress, the mood of the pack has changed quite a bit.... Heidi was a stray who found me... I believed she survived because she was able to catch enuf critters to survive... and she would bite any one whom she felt might be a danger to me...
Well, my second in command now is Big Red. She is very motherly and laid back about most everything except Mr A. She don't like him a lot! And Mr. A is scared to death of her... This is a good thing!
I am out of here for now... take care all of mine... go in safety, try to stay out of mischief and be sure to fine some humor in each day! love and hugs.... meems

Clock says it's still morning, so I guess it is!
Mornin' all of mine... welcome home dear hearts, welcome home! Get in here and set a spell! Gonna be a scorcher again today and the far mountains are hidden by the fog and the mists. Every morning is different in the mountains... Such beauty all around even when it is cloudy!
Yesterday, even tho I couldn't see them, I heard my flyguys up there ... don't know if they were playing or not... but I knew they were there! Their echoes bounce around up there above the clouds and I just love it!
Now kids... I love you all... However, I am also aware that I won't see a battleship or an LST coming up my creek! My grampa was a sailor... my two uncles were in the Army... But I have seen jeeps filled with uniforms here in the mountains... I do love my guys...I worked with several Marines... But I don't expect to see any Coast Guard guys up this high nor do I expect to trip over any Merchant Marines...However, I would love to! lolol Meems is being bad again! Meems is a terrible flirt! Oh yeah!
I've seen Hueys with the ATF repelling down to the hidden fields of MJ plants...Those guys scared the liver out of a huge buck one day... Poor critter was in a total panic... just a woofing and running for all he was worth. It's amazing as to the things that go on out here in the middle of nowhere! lolol
Let me see, what else? Oh yeah, the ducks! Living with ducks is an education in itself! I have discovered that ducks and a pond is like having hogs loose in a sweet tater patch! Sheesh... Fido and Gabby root in the bottom of the pond for hours... and they, bless their little hearts, keep the silt and mud stirred up all the time. I had the water fall fixed to filter the silt but it is out maneuvered and overwhelmed by the activities of two ducks! My pond is now a muddy mess... Hmmm! Suppose I could convince them to run away from home? Nah, I wouldn't be that lucky! Nobody has sent me a recipe for roast duck so I guess I am stuck with them! Just my kind of luck!
A short note here... KK has taken over Marv's job of grumping and picking on me... Marv is away from home right now! Trust me, KK is more than capable of tormenting this poor sweet lil ol' lady... Let's have a pity party for the emom here! lolol
Oh and from the Jas2Maui lady... a short short! lolol
The Living Will Last night my sister and I were sitting in the den and I said to her, "I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle to keep me alive. That would be no quality of life at all, If that ever happens, just pull the plug." So she got up, unplugged the computer, and threw out my wine. Hugs, Donna True words to live by... lolol
Guess that's it for the day! Meems is off and running! Go in safety always, take care, enjoy, live, laff and love a lot!
Hugs and much love to all of mine... meems
2008/13/8 1027 EST...
Mornin' all of mine... Welcome home, dear hearts, welcome home! In a bit, let's go down to Andy's Armed Forces Bar & Grill for a yummy late breakfast! Oh man! Andy (shopman) got me started on bacon and I have wiped out a whole pound of it in the last two days... And I do love BLT's... home grown 'maters, lettuce and mayo... I could eat pounds of bacon a week if I allowed myself... Hickory smoked BACON! Oh yeah!
I went out to get the mail yesterday... looked up.... and saw the con trails of my flyguys again... Been such a long time... This time I saw the bird itself flying below the clouds...Such a beauty this bird... While I watched, she completed the pattern and then climbed into the cloud layer. Stitched a few clouds together and disappeared from view... I know the guys can't see me down here on the ground but I wave like crazy as they pass above me... Love you guys... and whether intentional or not, I like to believe they are flying just for me... Oh, I soar right along with them in my mind.... and "touch the face of God" Go in safety my dear hearts.
Well, kids... KK has a hit on her hands with her Celebrity Look Alike Blog.... Hers been picking on this old lady again but Ksilla and KK seem to think I resemble Lauren Bacall! Even sound like her.... Hey, that ain't all bad... She has added several other comparisons ... Olbear and LittleJake = Oliver and Hardy or the Odd Couple! lolol Anyway, KK's blog is/was featured on the home page yesterday... Be sure and check out her blogs... This lady can write and write well on just about everything... Gee, you have no idea how it pains me to be nice to the KK... lolol hugs kids!
Laurie is featured on the Home page today too... She is a lovely and gentle soul... and she somehow manages to put up with me... That tells something about her... she has a generous heart... Well, Laurie honey, that's all the nice you get for a while too! hugs...
Question! Did y'all know that children can defy the laws of gravity? I don't care what Newton, mathematicians, theorists or physicists say! Children can! Did you ever notice how much weight a child can gain if it does not want "up"? Or how light a young'un can be when they want to be picked up? I have often pondered on this puzzle... lolol Animals can do the same thing... I am sure the little ones or the critters have never read the books... The same people say it's impossible for Hummingbirds to fly the way they do... lolol Well, hummers have never read the books... They just go ahead and 'do their thing'...lolol Always remember that nothing is impossible... especially when the impossible is occurring right in front of you!
Later all of mine... take care, go in safety always, be good to yourselves, forgive your errors... love, laff and live everyday... love and hugs... meems
2008/12/8 0841 EST
Oh, is this yummy weather or what?!? It's 56° out there... a few white puffies swimming along... Perfect flying weather.. for me anyway. Haven't seen my flyguys lately... Wonder what they've been up to... lolol
Ya know, I didn't realize how large an area their tic tac toe (grid) patterns covered until I was in town one day... I was on the way home and observed one square that must have covered miles and miles of territory. Wonder how large those square are? Anyway guys, I sure do miss seeing them con trails up there...
Ran down to the 'two pumper' yesterday afternoon to pick up a few things... I needed more sugar for the feeder...lolol and guess what I forgot! Oh yeah. The sugar is still setting safely on the shelf three miles from me! Well, maybe I can borrow some from Andy... he should have plenty at the bar... Sheesh, my memory is terrible anymore! lololol
While I was at two pumper, Scotty pulled in to fill his gas tank... Naturally, I had to give him a hard time. He did tell me though that a coyote had followed him through the one field he was mowing yesterday... This is the field that has the pond the three deer went to for water. According to Scotty, this was one big critter...much larger than the average... Well, if you have one coyote showing, you have a dozen who aren't... Oh goody!
I noticed too when Scotty was mowing the field just above me, there were no field mice running and jumping... Two years ago, that field was filled with thousands of mice scattering to the winds after the mower passed! And I do mean literally thousands... Meems headed into town and made a stop at the farm supply store... Oh yeah! Got lots of stuff to get rid of mice! Basic rule of thumb... Have mice? Snakes are sure to follow! Living out here ain't for the faint of heart!
Stopped at Anna's and El's on the way home... Those two are a pair! lolol I get so tickled at the two of them... Poor El, he is a good man... He just puts up with Anna and I when we get to prankin' and pickin' on each other! He knows to stay out of the line of fire...cause we will turn and nail him too! Anyhow, I came home from there with a box full of 'maters and apples... Two varieties of 'maters and 3 different varieties of apples right off the trees! Talk about your basic yummies! Good stuff!
I hear the crows out there fussing again... Something is going on just below the house... Whatever is happening, it's not bothering the dogs and that's good! The windows and doors are open ... a yummy fall breeze is rolling thru the house...
Meems is outa here for now... Gots some work to do... Later, all of mine...
Take care, go in safety always... hugs and much love... meems
2008/11/8 1214 EST
Hi everybody! A gorgeous day here in the mountains... 78°, light winds, low humidity and now just a few white puffies drifting slowly out of the Northwest... My fave time of the year is almost here! Made it another year to see the colors coming up on the mountains...lolol
Rolled out around 0830 hrs this morning... Let the dogs out... went over and leaned on the porch railing... Not a cloud in the sky...nary a one.... So quiet and peaceful...
Then I heard the crow family just a fussing to the west...looked to see what was bothering them and saw three deer coming thru the upper field. Two adult does and a yearling climbing the slope to the road... While I watched, one doe went on across the road, the other doe and the yearling were very skittish but finally made their nervous way across the road. They climbed the hill to the pond on the other side of the road. The crows were following them every step of the way...lolol and I didn't even need to see them... all I had to do was listen to the calling and complaining of the birds! I knew where they were... and I know when they returned to the woods. Am I blessed or what!?! I am smiling!
All the fields around me have been mowed/bush hogged and I have a clear view which I didn't have before...
And I have to tell you that my buddy, Marv, must be slipping! He was actually nice to me yesterday! lolol Oh yeah, big time nice! He must be after a favor or sumfin! lolol No, what he did was send me a link to a goody place! Has all kinds of hobby and fine art info/ instruction clips...See www.wonderhowto.com ... It is a great site... went on there and found an hour long (9 + minutes each) instruction tape on painting landscapes... I picked up quite a few tips... Am gonna check out more today... I swear to you, it (the site) touches on just about everything.... Try it and see... Even tho it pains me deeply to say this, Marv, ya done good! lolol hugs dear heart! Gotcha!
Well, let me see, what else do I have? The 6 pack has been playing Ghosty Gotcha on the bed already and are now down for the count... I couldn't take a nap in my very own bed right now if I wanted to! I'm lucky they let me in the house!
I am outa here for now! Have some Suzy homemaking to do! Later, all of mine! Take care... go in safety always... love, laff, enjoy the world around you... with so little effort, you can find humor and joy if you just look! hugs and much love.. Meems
2008/10/8 1219 EST
Well, kids... I had sort of planned on getting to bed early last nite.... and I did cover dive early for me... didn't work! I ran around the bed for quite a while... couldn't sleep... got up... instead of reading, played some solitaire... answered some pm's and finally went back to bed about 0230. Well, as far as sleep is concerned, I just go with the flow... It's a lot simpler in the long run...
Fido and Gabby woke me just before noon... Sheesh, those two are gonna end up in the roasting pan yet! They were near the bedroom window squalling for food! Now as you know, they are not starving.. Not by a darned sight! So before I even have my coffee, I stagger out on the back porch, head for the feed bin and scoop out the grain! I pour the grain over the rail! (this training will save me from walking down the slippery slope come winter) Do they appreciate this effort? No, of course not! They take a few bits of the grain and wander off down the slope in the back! Anyone have a good recipe for roast duck? or however you fix them?
I got so tickled at the little dogs last nite! They were playing Ghostie Gotcha on the bed! Now, Ghostie Gotcha doggy style consists of one dog hiding under the covers and the others on top of them... undercover doggy growls and grabs any of the others when they get too close! Doggy play growls, bouncing, attacking, rolling on, over, around each other usually ends up destroying the neat layout of said covers... Some days, I will straighten the bed clothes several times... some days, I say the heck with it and wait until bedtime to repair the damages! All in all, it's worth the extra work... I laff till I cry... the Crew have a good time, wear themselves out and then crash! lolol Sound asleep little doggies are Good Doggies! lolol
Oh, I took one of those tests on Eons... was posted by the KK yesterday... It was for the Ladies... Which Movie Star Are You? Well, I scored a 46! It turns out that I resemble Kate Hepburn! Wowser! I don't mind that at all... She lived as she wished in private... and I certainly can relate to that!
KK, it turns out is Debbie Reynalds who is a lot easier to get along with than Kate. Don't know if this is a gotcha or not! If it is a gotcha, I'm not too sure who it is on! lolol
I'm heading for Shopman's bar and grill for breakfast right now! I am hungry myself! He has some of the best food and coffee! Not too sure about some of his customers tho! Pmac and Smokeyspop are two of his regulars... They are a little outrageous even by my standards...lolol gotcha guys...
Later all of mine... Take care, go in safety, love, live everyday, have a good time and most of all be kind to one another... Love and hugs... meems
2008/9/8 1412 EST...
Hey everybody! I know,, I know... I'm gonna catch it from Marv! I am running late again... What with the weather, the phone calls, the critters, my IP, the server and the visitors, I have been hard pressed to even work a nap into my haphazard schedule. Today, was no different...lolol
Had to close doors and windows again... well shoot! Here I was looking forward to a cool dry and what do I have out there? 80° with 98% humidity and no blue sky showing at all! I guess it really doesn't matter... I have more than enuf to do to keep me busy inside...
Closing doors and windows is a good idea anyway! There is a guy on a bush hog and tractor up wind of me... cutting a 25 acre +/- field. Can you say dust clouds? It will easily take two days to mow that much acreage... Even with all the rain we've had up here the water runs off the land very quickly and the ground is now bone dry! I also worry about field fires... field fires turn into forest fires in a second or two. Have any of you ever seen or been in a forest fire?
The first year I lived here, unbeknownst to me, somebody was setting fires all around this area. (Some of you have already heard this story so you can skip the rest of this.) I hadn't seen or heard anything about arson in my area. So, I went to town for a few things... back when gas was cheap, I would go into town about twice a month... Well, I visited, got thrown out of everyplace I went, started wending my way home.
I pull off the state route onto my road... drove the one mile of blacktop to the gravel section of the road... Still at peace with the world and giggling to myself about all the joking that had gone on in town. I drive another half mile up the holler... see smoke above and ahead of me! Thick white smoke! OMG! My home and my critters!
Another quarter mile and I see a fire break... back fire equipment along side the road... and I know I am in trouble! I keep driving... break thru the smoke and finally see house... it's in the clear... the critters are ok... I almost cried with relief. However, the fires are visible... The forest is afire on the north and east sides of me... (downwind) A flat area on the road opposite of house is being used as a staging area for the Forestry Service and local volunteer fire fighters...
Let me tell you something about those guys! They too are my heroes... Forestry men had work crews with them who were all prisoners from the Three Forks Jail... Some of the men drove dozers on slopes that were unbelievably steep... cutting fire breaks and taking out huge trees while the fire was burning near them... They went days without sleep. They worked themselves past the point of exhaustion... I had never seen such tired faces in my life!
After this first fire, I would go out everynite to check the surrounding mountain sides... I reported several fires... and became angrier as the days passed...Especially angry on the nite I watched some one on the opposite hill side setting fresh fires with a flare! I called... everybody responded. Thank God the fires were inside the break area!
Somebody thot it was funny and had been pranking with the lil old lady....and I was accused by one person of calling in false calls! I don't think so! Well, kids, now I was thoroughly p***ed!
When all this info got back to me, that was it! I climbed into my little pickup... packin' the 38... and drove down to the two pumper! I marched in to the store and loudly announced that: # 1 ... I did not, had not, nor would not call in false calls! # 2... Should somebody play games with me ever again, I would take the Marlin out thru the basement door and do some after dark target practice! # 3... My target practice would consist of aiming just above the flare on the far hillside!
Please note... I always give fair warning!
I turned around and walked out the door. There was never another fire up this holler until last year... High winds, dry conditions and some idiot decided to burn his trash! This time the fire was up wind... I sat on the little side porch and watched the men working on the steep slopes about a mile to the West of me... Stupidity is one thing... arson is quite another...!
Now the following is another critique on the emom's life style by the one and only Jas2maui... Our roving correspondent in the Islands! Thank you, Donna, I think!
8-8-08...Coconut Wireless to Emom’s Mountain News…Newsflash on BBB (Bamboo Bulletin Board) this a.m. read as follows. FRIDAY…Cooler temperatures have shoved Local Mountain Woman’s "brain to hand" signals into overdrive. Fancy fingernail flashbacks prompted Meems to break out ancient nail beautification kit filled with treasures waiting to be stuck on newly tooled nails. Unfortunately regular use of hands dashed hopes for "show and tell."
Further fixation with hands led to lengthy "think tank" session which solved coffee pot over-flow mystery. Stunning revelation of which hand goes with which side of coffee pot enlightened mystified LoMoWo.
An additional "think tank" pit stop could possibly help curtail eating habits of pond ducks who are scarfing up expensive growing greenery. Pond activity seems to rise and fall depending on pump on/pump off…water/no water…critter visitors/no shows…owner involved/owner ROFLAO. All in all LoMoWo’s caretaking skills are top notch…well middle notch…well just notched enough to provide TLC to all critter residents, visitors, and those to come. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now kids... after my rant about arson in the forests (have no idea why I had to tell that one) and Donna's report... I am out of here!
Take care all of mine... go in safety always... and don't be starting any fires in my area! love and hugs ... Meems
2008/08/08 0844 EST Morning everybody! Wowser! It is cool and I have been on the back porch drinking my coffee... Been on the phone already too! I do come alive in cool weather... I don't smell Fall in the air yet but it is only a matter of time till that lovely aroma comes wafting over the mountains... And the colors here when the trees start changing are magnificent! Oh yeah! I never get tired of the colors.... I just wish I could capture them with my brush!
The back door is open and the dogs have been running in and out. They were playing doggy tag earlier and bouncing on the bed! Now, everybody is down for the count...lolol Big Red is flopped on her back in a very unladylike manner .. sound asleep and snoring mightily.. The Wrecking Crew sleeping as close as they can get to her... The other three are on the porch soaking up the early morning sun!
Well, the pond pump clogged up and I had to go clean the gunk out yesterday... Guess what! Fido and Gabby have cleaned the pond, in a manner of speaking! Those two have eaten all my very VERY expensive and beautiful water lilies! I paid $35 a pot for those things two years ago... They've withstood cold, drought, heat and wild critters... and two addlepated ducks have wiped them out in less than two weeks! Roast duck is sounding better all the time! I must go out and have a serious talk with those two... Not that anything will change... lololol
Oh another thing... I found out by accident that Smokeyspop and I were in Spokane WA at the same time... Course, he was about a year old and I was six at most! I think this is so neat.
Now guys, you can skip this part... it is for the ladies! Shoo... go check on Newbie or sumfin... I tell you it is boring! Oh well.....
Gals, I don't know if it ever went out of style or not... but fancy fingernail decorations are all the rage right now... Here at least! Had a gal ask me about painting leaves and flowers on the nails... how to do it... so I gave her some ideas as to 'how'...
I came home and started fancying up my nails... haven't done that in years... I have all kinds of 10k gold charms that are to be applied to the nails... Oh, I have smiley faces, unicorns, hearts, kitties (no, KK, you can't have my kitties), flowers, my initials and even very small bears! Bought these expensive little beauties years ago and have guarded them with my life!
Well, I did regular routine... buff, file, then start with the polish... I told you guys this was for the ladies! You didn't believe me? lolol Well, I decide to apply the two kitties and the rose (with a small diamond) Kitties on pinky and index finger on right hand... Rose looks lovely on index finger of left hand. So far, so good... Until I brush my hair, try to twist hair and clip up off my neck, wash my face, use a towel, put on sweat pants...pick up papers... you name it... and diamond charm kept interfering! I am left handed... sort of! I finally pried it off and put on a flatter charm... so much for gorgeous hands and nails...
See guys? I told ya!
Oh, this is a good one too! Ya remember the new coffee pot? How it has the little springy thingy on it that I discovered the hard way? Well, duh Paula, I discovered today that coffee makers are right handed! Yup yup, they are! lolol Now, you are gonna ask how and why this is important... Right?!? Well, I am cross dominant handed... for some things I use my left hand... for others... I use my right hand and sometimes it doesn't make any difference which hand I use. Well, because of the coffee makers location, I normally pour the water into maker with left hand... I then have clear water to wipe up because it would spill over the side. Well, this morning, I, for some reason, used my right hand to pour the water. Hmm! No water spilled... This is interesting! Let me see here... aha! LOLOL Left approach has all the little handles attached to the filter and basket. That's why I was splashing water all over... Yes, Ozarkreader, you were right ... read the directions... but I don't think the instructions say anything about pouring from the right hand side! lolol
Did you know that the turn table in the microwaves usually make one complete rotation every ten seconds... Yup it does!
Hey kids, I am out of here... gots all kinds of things to do... unless, I can avoid it... take care all of mine, go in safety always... have a good time, love one another, be kind and enjoy the gifts we have... love and hugs emom
2008/7/8 1011 EST
Mornin' all... Just had coffee and the best breakfast ever at the Armed Forces Bar and Grill! That shopman is a very good cook and he doesn't keep the customers waiting... Well, he doesn't keep me waiting... (think I have him scared!) lololol Way to go Shopman! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rec'd the following from Donna (jas2maui) in Hawaii... This lady is a riot... 8-6-08...Coconut Wireless to Emom’s Mountain News…Newsflash on BBB (Bamboo Bulletin Board) this a.m. read as follows. WEDNESDAY…Problems continue to plague Local Mountain Woman. Unruly electronic equipment and shifting weather conditions are causing Mountain News Irregularities. Ticks and wasps are causing LoMoWo Irregularities. A swig of benedryl not only eliminated irregularities but also eliminated Meems’s ability to navigate. Having climbed aboard her favorite swing chair she suddenly plunged to floor…leaving her both smashed and bashed. Fortunately a babysitter arrived to watch over the recovering LoMoWo play in her pond. Said woman is going to make the Mountain News Top Ten list soon for having single handedly survived more craziness than any other human in the area. Stories of her baffling and bizarre daily goings on not only have reached the Coconut Wireless here in Hawaii but apparently are being broadcast on world wide radio. Good Grief…how can one sweet…strike sweet…lady create such a ruckus. Just climbing out of bed seems to create a ripple effect extending far and abroad. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What can I say here except Thank you, Donna...lolol I think!
Well, yesterday I cracked up again! This time at the ducks! Fido and Gabby were fussing and carrying on out by the back porch. I could hear them loudly swearing and complaining they wanted fed. Again, as you know, they are really starving! Right?... Wrong! I should have it so good! Anyway, out I go to feed... take one look at them and get hysterical!
I look over the porch rail. There they are... All serious, trying to look dignified while begging for food. Well Kids, trust me, the dignified part failed totally. They both had green beards and mustaches! ... must have been rooting in a pile of the wet cut grass... all they needed was a monocle and a mortar board to complete the picture of a couple of professors giving a dissertation on neglected animals...lolol
I really must get my act together today and get some work done. (nasty 4 letter word, work) Need to frame one painting and throw some paints at the one sitting on the easel!
Later all of mine... take care... go in safety always...live each day fully, laff at yourself, love a lot and have a good time! love and hugs... meems
