Ally I never heard of it either our post office is ran by another post office in the next town over and they forgot to order more stamps for our post office and the attendent at our post office asked us to call the other post office and they weere very disrepectful to us so we filed a complsaint /w the manager their and that's how our post office got their stsamps but anyway our Christmas cards are all mailed
